Restaurant review reply drafts
Pick the situation, add your restaurant name, and get ready-to-edit reply drafts for Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor or Naver.
How it works
Replying to every review shows future guests that someone cares — but writing a fresh, calm reply to an angry review at 11 p.m. is hard. A good reply thanks the guest, owns the problem without excuses, says what changes, and invites them back or to contact you directly.
How to use it: choose the situation (happy guest, mixed, food quality, slow service, wrong order, staff attitude, price), the reply language, and fill in your restaurant name and optionally the guest’s first name and dish. Press Write reply drafts, then edit before posting.
The drafts are fixed templates written by a restaurant owner, not AI text. Edit them so they match what really happened, and never promise refunds or changes you won’t make.
