Staff training record checker

Paste your training log — staff, item, due date, completed date, signed off by. You get every gap: overdue training, missing sign-offs, people with no record for a required item, and each person’s completion rate.

How it works

Training records fall apart quietly. Someone did the fryer safety walkthrough but nobody signed it, a new hire never got a row for allergen handling, a date was typed as 10/05 so nobody knows if it is May or October, and the same session is logged twice. When an inspector or a franchise audit asks, the gaps show up all at once.

How to use it: copy your log from Excel or Google Sheets — one row per person per training item, with staff, training item, due date, completed date, signed off by and, if you keep one, a manual or document reference. A header row is recognised in English or Korean. Add the list of required items to see who has no row for one, and a list of staff to catch people missing from the log entirely.

Dates are read as 2026-10-30, 2026.10.30, 2026/10/30 or 26.10.30. Day/month orders such as 10/05/2026 are flagged instead of guessed. A training counts as done only when it has a completed date on or before the check date and a sign-off name. Results can be copied as CSV.

FAQ

Is my staff list uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is stored.

Does it tell me if my hygiene training meets the law?

No. It checks that the record is complete. Legal hygiene training requirements depend on your country and business type.

What is the free limit?

500 rows per check.

Why is a training shown as ‘to check’ and not wrong?

Late completions, duplicate rows, unreadable dates and items without a linked manual are worth a look but may be fine. Problems are things that are clearly missing.
