Delivery app payout checker

Paste or open the order-level payout export from your delivery app or marketplace. Each order is recalculated — order amount minus commission, payment fee, delivery and promotions — and compared with what was actually paid out.

How it works

Delivery apps send a statement, and most owners only look at the final deposit. A few short payouts a week, a cancelled order that still had commission taken, or a rate that quietly moved to a different plan add up to real money over a month — and they are easy to miss in a spreadsheet of hundreds of rows.

How to use it: export your statement as CSV (one row per order) and paste it, or open the file. The first line must name the columns; the checker recognises order id, date, status, order amount, commission, payment fee, delivery fee, discount/promotion, refund/adjustment, ads and payout, in English or Korean. If your file has no fee columns, enter your contract rates above and it checks each payout against them. Press Check payouts.

You get total sales, total payout and the share the app kept, then a list: payouts below the calculation by more than your tolerance (problem), duplicate order numbers (problem), payouts larger than the order (problem), cancelled orders that were paid or charged fees, negative payouts and commission rates more than 0.5 points away from your agreed rate (check). Copy the list as CSV to send to the app’s support.

FAQ

Is my statement uploaded?

No. It is read in your browser and nothing is stored or sent.

Which apps does it work with?

Any app whose statement can be exported with one row per order — Baemin, Coupang Eats, Yogiyo, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, Just Eat and so on. Column names in English or Korean are recognised.

Does a difference mean the app made a mistake?

Not necessarily. Promotions you agreed to, ad charges and payout timing differ by app and plan. A difference is a question to ask the app, with the order number in hand.

What is the free limit?

1,000 orders per check.
